FAQ

Color

We do our best to represent the color of our products in product photos and by using digital fabric swatches directly from the manufacturer.  However, because some monitors and mobile devices interpret color differently than our posted photos and because photo lighting causes a slight distortion, we can’t guarantee that the color of the fabric that you receive will be the exact same as what you saw online.  To guarantee color, please order a swatch by contacting us at thegreyfinch2019@gmail.com. If you feel there is a significant difference between the color of the fabric received vs. its representation on our website, please email a photo of the fabric received to the thegreyfinch2019@gmail.com to let us know.  If we have made an error, we will want to try to come to a resolution that seems fair to us.

 Preorders

We do our best to ship fabric preordered by our customers within 3 business days of its arrival in our store.  Please do not include other items on the order with the preorder.  Please place a separate order for additional items.  Please note that sometimes fabric preordered may be delayed by the manufacturer.
